After the first two years of approaching the world of pastel painting, here is the painting that represented my breakthrough in understanding the technique. I chose to study a similar composition because of the challenge it would provide me with. The complexity of the relationships between objects, the various materials that are very different from each other, of which I was deeply interested in understanding texturing. Warm light and cold light, the atmosphere ... I really enjoyed trying my hand at this studio, and I thank my teacher Ruben Belloso for the precious teachings. After this painting I felt I understood something new, since then I have felt able to do anything.
